Reapply 'mgmt_core rehardened' - used the existing template DEF, no changes in the pin locations or power. - switched to Diode strategy 4, this reduces the antenna violations cnt to 22, with only a single violation exceeding the ratio by 2x. - reported DRC & LVS clean.
