 ابتدا (Ibtida) means "the start of something"

 A System on a Chip based around a RISC-V processor named [Buraq-mini](https://github.com/merledu/Buraq-mini) which is a 5-stage pipelined core. It is the start of many more system on chips to be designed and taped out. The SoC also uses [TileLink](https://github.com/merledu/TileLink) as the on-chip communication protocol.
