Updated the version to go along with the pull request #507 from
Leo Moser, and updated references.  Note that this update removes
the dependency on the original Google archived repository for the
GF180MCU SRAM library, and also removes the temporary dependency
on the Wafer.Space fork of the GF180MCU physical verification
library repository.
