Added all raw magic files for 12T, 15T, 18T currently-available variants - Fixed Makefile in the top folder to correctly account for the new "flow" Make file structure. - Added new "flow" Makefile structure. It is not good. But it is compatible wit h Innovus. - ANT will now be included in the lib files, instead of excluded by the "specia l_cells" flag. - genArea script output will now be permanent and not constantly over-ridden. - Mild housecleaning for the char folder scripts.
