| The :lib:`sky130_osu_sc` Standard Cells are a small library of digital logic |
| cells developed by James Stine from the Oklahoma State University for the |
| :term:`SkyWater SKY130 technology`. |
| |
| These cells are similar to the library is known as the `Oklahoma State |
| University (OSU) library`__ but adapted to the local interconnect found in |
| the :term:`SkyWater SKY130 process`. |
