9.2 Bond Pad Guidelines

   1. For DRC purpose, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, as a default, checks for a minimum of 50 µm. However,
      this is a VARIABLE and the customer is advised to use the appropriate value acceptable to their
      assembly house.
