14.6.2 Die Corners Guidelines
=============================

1. No active circuitry is allowed within 400 um of corner of die (see figure below for illustration).

2. Within 400 um of the die corner must use 45-degree turn away direction for both metal line and slot.

3. Minimum metal to die corner spacing is 300 um.
