Made one modification from the last commit, which is to not make a
special entry for the MOScap pFET device. This prevents the terminal
connections from being in error, but now both the L and W are wrong,
albeit by a very small amount. This will need to be investigated,
as well as the apparently innocuous error message on the nFET device.
