  "message": "Modified the liberty library generator to allow a header file to\nbe specified, since liberty libraries can\u0027t just be made by\nconcatenating cell entries together.  Revised the GF180MCU Makefile\nto add the header files, which I recently added to the Google\nrepositories for the standard cells and the I/O library.  The\ncurrent version is writing out the first cell\u0027s header, which\nshould be cleaned up, but it is producing valid liberty libraries.\n",
