  "message": "Corrected the area parameter for bipolar devices in the extraction\ndeck for magic for sky130.  The wrong terminal was being used for\noutput of the area (collector instead of emitter), and since magic\nwas unable to calculate areas and perimeters of terminals on planes\nother than the plane of the device identifier, this error was not\nnoticed.  With the most recent version of magic (version 8.3.402),\nbipolar and diode areas are now computed correctly for the sky130\nPDK.\n",
