It was not\ncounting obstruction metal layers as part of the metal layers, and\nso was ending up flagging thousands of errors in the power rails of\nthe standard cells, where the contacts (to li) were placed on obstruction\nlayers as part of the \"lef write -toplayer\" option.  This would only\nshow up when using \"drc(full)\", which runs the minimum hole area check.\n",
