Another reference update to reflect yet another change in the
gf180mcu_ocd_io library which fixes DRC errors in the magic
layout for the corner I/O cell, and an improperly named pad
pin in the LEF file for the analog I/O cell, which was getting
copied into the magic view and causing a virtual short between
pad and ground.
