Explanation of symbols:
* ``-`` = Layer illegal for the device
* ``+`` = Layer allowed to overlap
* ``D`` = DRAWN indicates that a layer is drawn by Design.
* ``C`` = CREATED indicates that the layer is only created by CAD.
