Regenerated seal ring with the corrected name for the alignment marker
to be recognized by the Calibre DRC deck, and regenerated the GDS. New
GDS will also correct for the one error in the thick oxide mask layer
that was previously slated to be waived. New GDS should be perfectly
DRC clean to SkyWater's basic DRC deck.
